Read this policy alongside the Terms & Conditions, Seller Agreement, and Prohibited Products policy. These rules cover behaviour on the marketplace as well as content submitted through it.

Provide accurate account information and use only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Do not impersonate another person or business, submit false verification details, or use another account to evade a restriction.

Keep passwords and verification codes private. Do not attempt to access another account, collect login credentials, or encourage others to reveal sensitive payment information.

Do not create fake orders, use unauthorised payment methods, submit false refund claims, or misrepresent an order, delivery, or payment. Product descriptions, availability, prices, and promotional claims must be accurate.

Do not fabricate reviews, buy or sell misleading ratings, or pressure customers to change feedback in exchange for resolving an order issue. Promotions and marketplace features must not be used deceptively.

Do not post threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, or content that encourages violence or unlawful activity. Keep messages relevant to the transaction or service being discussed.

Do not send spam, deceptive links, or unsolicited bulk messages. Use images, descriptions, brand names, and other materials only when you have the right to use them, and do not publish another person's private information without permission.

Do not distribute malware, introduce malicious code, disrupt services, bypass access controls, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities. Do not use automation to overload the platform, collect restricted information, or evade marketplace limits.

If you notice a security issue, report it through the available support channels. Do not access or copy other people's data while investigating, and do not publicly disclose sensitive information.

Only list products that comply with the Prohibited Products policy and the requirements applicable to your business and delivery destinations. Do not disguise prohibited goods with misleading titles, images, categories, or external links.

Remove inaccurate or unsafe listings promptly and cooperate with requests for authenticity, safety, or authorisation information. An existing listing does not mean a product has been approved by Lilabali.

Lilabali may review reported activity and remove content, restrict listings, or suspend accounts connected to fraud, abuse, security risks, or policy violations. Relevant records may be requested to understand and resolve an issue.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact support with your account details, the affected listing or order, and supporting information. Do not create replacement accounts to bypass the review.

Use the support channels available on the website or through your account to report suspicious behaviour. Include the relevant listing URL, order reference, a description of the issue, and screenshots where helpful.
