Selling on Lilabali
This agreement sets out the responsibilities of sellers offering products through Lilabali. By registering as a seller, publishing listings, or accepting marketplace orders, you agree to follow these terms and the marketplace policies that apply to your products.
Read this agreement alongside the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Returns & Refunds information. Product-specific requirements and any commercial terms agreed during seller onboarding also apply.
Account information & security
Provide accurate business, contact, identity, and payment information during registration and keep it up to date. You must be authorised to act for the business and to sell the products you list.
Keep account credentials secure, manage access for your team, and notify Lilabali promptly if you suspect unauthorised activity. Supply verification information requested as part of seller onboarding or account review.
Accurate listings & responsible selling
Describe products honestly, including their condition, specifications, price, available stock, delivery information, and any relevant restrictions or warranty details. Use images that accurately represent the item customers will receive.
List only products you are entitled to sell. Do not offer counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, prohibited, or misleadingly described goods. Keep inventory and pricing current, and correct listing errors promptly.
Fulfilling customer orders
Review incoming orders promptly and fulfil accepted orders according to the delivery arrangements communicated to the buyer. Package items securely and include the correct products, quantities, accessories, and required documents.
Keep order status and tracking information accurate. If an item is unavailable or a delay occurs, report it through the available seller channels so the customer can receive an update. Do not mark an order as dispatched or delivered before that event occurs.
Commercial terms & settlements
Applicable commissions, service charges, payment arrangements, and settlement schedules are governed by the terms communicated to you during onboarding or through your seller account. Review those terms before accepting orders or using chargeable services.
Check settlement records and raise discrepancies with the relevant order and transaction references. Refunds, cancellations, and agreed adjustments may affect the amount payable. Keep your payout details accurate and maintain the records needed for your business and tax obligations.
Resolving returns & customer issues
Cooperate with return, refund, and replacement requests under the marketplace policies and the conditions disclosed for the product. Provide accurate information, relevant evidence, and return instructions when requested.
Inspect returned items promptly and report their condition honestly. Do not make a customer send an item to an unconfirmed address. Any allocation of return costs or refund adjustments should follow the applicable order terms and the resolution communicated through the marketplace.
Respecting customers & their information
Use customer information received through Lilabali only to fulfil orders, provide relevant support, and meet applicable obligations. Protect that information, restrict access to authorised people, and do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing without appropriate permission.
Communicate professionally. Do not manipulate reviews, create false orders, misrepresent your identity, harass customers, or interfere with marketplace security. Report suspected misuse of customer information or your seller account promptly.
Rights to your listing content
Use product descriptions, photographs, trademarks, and other materials only when you own them or have permission to use them. You remain responsible for ensuring your listings do not infringe the rights of others.
By submitting listing content, you permit Lilabali to display and format it to operate and present your listings on the marketplace. Respond to requests to correct or remove inaccurate or unauthorised materials.
Reviews, restrictions & account closure
Lilabali may review listings and seller activity and may restrict listings or accounts connected to false information, fraud, unsafe products, or marketplace policy violations. Cooperate with requests for information needed to review an issue.
If you stop selling, remove unavailable listings and arrange resolution of outstanding orders, returns, customer issues, and account balances. Review policy updates and any revised commercial terms communicated through the seller channels.
